This 6×6 small painting was created with the intention of joy. The whimsical nature of finding something you didn’t know you were looking for might enhance your day. It was left in downtown OverlandPark at the post office. Enjoy. If you found it, please share what you plan to do with it. Love, Mom

Mediocrity is Poison
Don’t kid yourself. Mediocrity will knock you down and drag you into a stupor slowly, slowly. Don’t always trust the pats on the back. Really. This reminder not to fall prey to the dangers of being average was left outside of the central library in Johnson County, Kansas. This library is not falling for any type of mediocrity and is stellar on every level. Thank you tax dollars.
Portable Street Art at Urban Suburban in Kansas City
Leaving art around for anyone to find. Left this piece at the entrance to Village Shalom for the big art show, which included an auction and people coming to buy and sell art. This one is free for anyone to grab. The trick is to SEE it. Placed it at the entrance to building on Friday. By Saturday night, no one had seen it. Eventually someone some curious eyes will take notice.
I Change Too.
making the world better with free art
Portable street art is a new and evolving experiment, which now includes little wooden paintings. Why? The person who decided to pick it up was hopefully amused by their new find. That is why. This one was made with spray paint and was left outside of a new event space in Kansas City called, “The Guild”.
